Its Valentine's Day! Patrick and I just planned a quiet Valentines, nothing biggie, nothing fancy, we were just going to have dinner and exchange small gifts, perhaps just a card and a small token. But because of the winter blues we have been experiencing lately, we weren't feeling very well and I was particularly feeling lethargic and grumpy getting all agitated over small things.

We did not make reservations for Valentines, we were thinking, we would go for something less formal because we already had a fancy dinner date during our anniversary. But everything was packed, even the fast food places were full so we decided we will just have our "valentine's date" the next day. When we got home, Patrick then made appetizers, serving a bunch of hors d' oeuvres for dinner. We had pizza bits, shrimp spring rolls, chicken spring rolls and pot stickers. We had that as a meal. It was a lot of fun. Clean up was easy and preparing them was not a lot of work.
