Twenty Nine ...
I turned 29 last August 21st. It was a simple and quiet birthday for me. Patrick and I heard mass, had a good lunch and dessert at the Cheesecake Factory and then as his birthday gift for me, I had a shopping spree at the Sanrio store of King of Prussia. I didnt buy a lot, I just got a few things mostly small items that I can use like pens, stationery, garbage cans, tins etc. I also got a dozen of red roses early Sunday morning from Patrick. :-)
Birthdays always seem surreal to me. Its like there is this sort of disbelief that another year in my life is unfolding and the previous year just went by so fast. But, Im grateful for another birthday, optimistic about the year ahead and looking forward to more adventures with Patrick.
Anyway, thanks to all those who remembered my birthday -- For those who took the time out to greet me -- for the calls, the SMS, emails and greeting cards. I appreciate it. Babu girl, thanks for the Gucci perfume!
